Seasonal veg


The day length maybe getting shorter but we have a lot on offer veg wise. The parsnips and loose carrots are being harvested now but we still have the tail end of beans and tomatoes.

Out in the fields we are ready now to pick cavolo nero, red russian kale and green curly. Celeriac is ready for sale along side red cabbage, leeks, winter squash, rudolph potatoes, milva potatoes and parsnips. The green cabbage and sprouts  won’t be far behind and will be ready early November.

Winter salad will take over from the loose lettuce in the next fortnight and be available until March.
